Cofely Fabricom have for the last years been working on developing and implement a strong performance culture within the company, with the aim to increase our added value in the market and create a key competitive advantage. The ambition is to boost our cost & scope awareness, and increase efficiency, by implementing a new HR strategy. In addition Statoil’s STEP program has been incorporated into the backbone of the company, taking new steps towards improvement every day.
In addition to our focus area’s offshore brownfield EPCIC projects, long term MMO contracts & brownfield studies & feed’s services, we focus on onshore market for EPCIC, turnarounds and stops in the oil, gas power and petrochemical market.
Cofely Fabricom aims to be a local competitor. However, it is not to deny that the company is indeed a part of the multinational corporation Engie, and have therefore the opportunity to optimize the skills and deliveries by making use of the international expertise within the oil, gas and power group.
Cofely Fabricom was recently awarded a Statoil contract to upgrade the Kollsnes onshore facility to upgrade the increased volume and changes to the gas composition on the Kvitebjørn Gas Pipeline. In addition, the company is currently also assisting the Dutch Cofely Fabricom entity on a project in the Netherlands.
